Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor with a high customer service orientation to join our team servicing our healthcare commercial laundry customers.

The ideal candidates will have route sales / route management or hospitality industry experience and at least 3 years of experience managing people.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Hire, train, develop and coach our Route Sales Drivers
• Daily execution of all service routes and customer interactions
• Route Logistics Routing of Accounts
• Daily coaching, training, mentoring and monitoring of route performance through the check-in process
• Manage daily account functions
• Accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices
• Ensure service team compliance with company service and quality standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience
• Willingness to travel locally 70% in the field
• Ability to manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream
• A clean driving record is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and act on sales opportunities
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem-solving, conflict management, and organizational skills
• High energy with the ability to multi-task

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to manage a route sales environment
• Able to train new hires as needed
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs
• Able to tolerate moderate traffic scenarios on a weekly basis
• Able to manage and maintain a consistent physical workflow
